In a vertical scalding tank, the pigs are hanging on a conveyor throughout the scalding process. Hot water is sprayed on the pig to loosen the hairs for the subsequent dehairing process.
This machine has been dismantled. All parts are included however during installation new isolation panels will need to be installed.
